Create a new instance of SonarTarget.

Parameters:

LOCAL_ADD - The string value of local_add for X3D inline into scene.

REMOTE_ADD - The string value of remote_add for X3D inline into scene.

num - The discrete id number for source.

x - The coordinate point x.

y - The coordinate point y.

num - The discrete id number for source.
