public class AvclService
extends Object

The AVCL Service package listens for JTC messages on a chat room, extracts a JTC message, and creates a AVCL message from it. At that point it joes some route planning and such. Finally it extracts the information from the AVCL document and places it back into a JTC message for communication back to another chat room

Makes use of the smack library for XMPP. Also uses a properties file to load preferences, such as XMPP server, chat room names, etc.
