copyFile

                     throws IOException

Copies a file from one location to another directory

Parameters:

infile - file to copy

outfile - file name/path to copy to

close - flag to indicate closing the Writer

Throws:

IOException - if something goes wrong

is - the input stream reader of the inFile

os - the output stream that will write to the copied file

close - flag to indicate closing the Writer
