public class USERedundantNodeFilter extends CommonEncodedBaseFilter
For the specified nodes, compare like nodes for equivalence. DEF and USE equivalent nodes as possible.

Nodes that are already DEF'ed are ignored. Default values for node fields are not considered in the determination of equivalence. If one node does not initialize a field and another node initializes that field to a default value - they are NOT considered to be equivalent.
