Creates a new instance of SignificantWaveHeight

value - The mean level of wave height 2/3 from trought to crest.

Determines sea state based of significant wave hieght

sigH - The mean level of wave height 2/3 from trought to crest.

Returns:

The sea state based of significant wave hieght.

getSeaState

public int getSeaState()

Returns sea state

Returns:

The sea state.

getWaveHeight

public double getWaveHeight()

Returns wave height (in meters)

The wave height (in meters).
